This year we brought in a new real estate team, and along with that team comes our new Real Estate Office Manager, Jenna Barbian. Jenna has been with Bear Lake Reserve since last July. She has 13 years of experience working with high end companies that prepared her to take on this new role at BLR. You can read more about Jenna and her new position in the interview below.
Please explain your new manager role for 2018
By working closely with our new real estate team, and each of our core departments, I will be cultivating a five star experience for our real estate prospects from their very first contact with us down to the moment they leave the property. I will be helping with client appointments, real estate events, marketing and communication, data management, unit and office upgrades, and everything in between. Hospitality is my passion, and I am very happy to be a part of the Bear Lake Reserve team during such an exciting time.
What are you most excited about for BLR 2018 season?
I am excited to experience this next season with our new and seasoned owners, prospects, and staff alike. Our new level of service and expertise is going to blow everyone away, and I cannot wait to see this property shine even more than it already does! This year is going to be tons of fun. Our food, events, and service are all things to write home about, so this is going to be a really great year!
Anything else you would like to let the owners know?
I am originally from Madison, WI and have been in the south for eight years this May. My journey to BLR involved thirteen years of extensive training through high end companies such as Marriott and Wells Fargo. I am certified in Property Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management (which involves training in each of the core departments of a five star resort,) and was a top performer for Wells Fargo. I also just passed my Real Estate Broker Course, so sometime soon you may see me out showing the property as well! I am very excited to be able to apply my background to such an amazing property and to be a part of such a high class team.
I am also an outdoor and adventure fanatic. I love to travel, hike, garden, and shoot landscape photography, so if you ever have any questions on where to go for some fun, don’t hesitate to ask!
And lastly, I am your new neighbor! My fiancé and I (and our two dogs and now two cats,) just moved in across the lake and we are proud new owners of our first home in this paradise we call Tuckasegee!
